Based in Amherst, New York, The Schwartz Group was founded in 2002 by noted healthcare sales and marketing efficiency expert, Robert A. Schwartz. We have since grown to become a trusted partner for growth-oriented healthcare companies interested in expanding or leveraging their marketing efforts through industry-leading telemarketing services.

The key to The Schwartz Group’s success is and always will be our human capital – the highly-educated and dedicated staff that comprise our Tele-Support Representative (TSR) team. All of our TSRs possess a four-year college degree, outstanding communication skills and a proficient understanding of productivity software across numerous platforms.

We work tirelessly to cultivate a culture of productivity built upon continuous assessment and quality assurance. We never ‘offshore’ our work or permit work-from-home arrangements. All of our client data is managed and warehoused on-site using the most robust data-security systems.

ROBERT A. SCHWARTZ PRESIDENT & CEO

As the Founder, President and CEO of The Schwartz Group, Robert has more than 25 years of industry experience improving efficiency and maximizing revenues in pharmaceuticals, medical device/equipment, diagnostics, medical communications and life sciences. His adoption of a highly-collaborative, data-driven approach to healthcare marketing has resulted in successful working partnerships with some of the industry's leading organizations and successful start-ups.

IRA J. WOOD VICE PRESIDENT

As the company's Vice President, Ira has been with The Schwartz Group since the company's launch back in 2002. During this time, he has managed the end-to-end rollout of more than 4,000 successful, results-based marketing campaigns - establishing Ira as an industry leader in the design and execution of healthcare-targeted audience generation and market-share growth campaigns.

EDWIN A. KOSOBUCKI SENIOR MANAGER

As the Manager of Campaign Implementation and Quality Assurance, Edwin oversees campaign performance and ensures the optimization of program objectives. Edwin draws his experience from consulting engagements with some of the nation's largest hospitals and health systems. He holds a Master's degree from McGill University and Executive Certification in Healthcare Management from the University of California, Los Angeles.
