- The facility is located adjacent to New York State's largest University (SUNY @ Buffalo) whom we partner with in our efforts to recruit outstanding degreed talent to be part of our organization. We chose our location in large part to provide us access to a highly educated workforce in a community known for its strong work ethic. All of our Marketing Representatives perform their tasks in a professional office environment and are equipped for success with leading edge information and telephone technology.
- All of Marketing Representatives possess a 4 year or advanced degree in a field related to marketing to health care professionals. Many members of our marketing staff have hands on experience as RN's, Physician Assistants, Pharmacy/Laboratory Technicians or in practice management. Our Project Managers have extensive healthcare marketing and project management experience. Analysis and resulting action plans are derived from collaborations between the management teams of The Schwartz Group and our clients. Outcomes are based on customer needs captured in carefully collected customer data and the collective experience of both management teams.
