About Us

Based in Amherst, New York, The Schwartz Group was founded in 2002 by noted healthcare sales and marketing efficiency expert, Robert A. Schwartz. We have since grown to become a trusted partner for growth-oriented healthcare companies interested in expanding or leveraging their marketing efforts through industry-leading telemarketing services.

The key to The Schwartz Group’s success is and always will be our human capital – the highly-educated and dedicated staff that comprise our Marketing Associate team. All of our Marketing Associates possess a four-year college degree, outstanding communication skills and a proficient understanding of productivity software across numerous platforms.

We work tirelessly to cultivate a culture of productivity built upon continuous assessment and quality assurance. All of our client data is managed and warehoused on-site using the most robust data-security systems.
