Based in Amherst, New York, The Schwartz Group was founded in 2002 by noted healthcare sales and marketing efficiency expert, Robert A. Schwartz. We have since grown to become a trusted partner for growth-oriented healthcare companies interested in expanding or leveraging their marketing efforts through industry-leading telemarketing services.

The key to The Schwartz Group’s success is and always will be our human capital – the highly-educated and dedicated staff that comprise our Tele-Support Representative (TSR) team. All of our TSRs possess a four-year college degree, outstanding communication skills and a proficient understanding of productivity software across numerous platforms.

We work tirelessly to cultivate a culture of productivity built upon continuous assessment and quality assurance. We never ‘offshore’ our work or permit work-from-home arrangements. All of our client data is managed and warehoused on-site using the most robust data-security systems.

Leadership

ROBERT A. SCHWARTZ PRESIDENT & CEO Before founding The Schwartz Group in 2002, Bob spent 20 years working in healthcare sales and marketing, including an 11-year stint at Becton Dickinson where he completed the company’s executive training program. His focus on a data driven and highly collaborative approach to expanding reach and efficiently growing revenues, has positioned The Schwartz Group as “go to” resource by some of the healthcare industry’s most successful brands.

When not working, Bob has dedicated his time and energy to support children, families and public education in the Buffalo area. He was elected to 2 terms on the Williamsville Central School Board where he served as both President and Vice President. He has also served on Erie County’s Community Coordinating Committee on Children and Families. He’s been an active volunteer in local and regional youth sports as a coach, manager and league coordinator. IRA J. WOOD VICE PRESIDENT With over 20 years of experience in healthcare marketing, Ira has had the privilege of managing the most dynamic and rewarding campaigns in the history of our company. Having started on the phones and working his way up through quality assurance and training into the position of Vice President, Ira has a unique perspective on how to achieve what our customer wants. Partnering his blue collar work ethic with TSG’s data driven approach, he has been able to innovate and expand our service offerings and expertise to include Orphan Drug Marketing, Clinical Trial Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. DONALD BRENNER Don Brenner has worked at The Schwartz Group since 2013. Since Don's first campaign, where he worked as a member of an inside sales team to promote a product for a rare genetic disease, he has been an integral member of The Schwartz Group staff. In his current position, Don manages a majority of the rare disease and orphan drug marketing campaigns.

Outside of work, Don enjoys spending time with his wife camping and kayaking, and is on his way to brewing his 100th beer. Don is also an avid Bills and Sabres fan.
HEATHER OSINSKI CAMPAIGN COORDINATOR As Campaign Coordinator, Heather supports the successful execution of client campaigns by assisting in employee training and supervision, results tracking and reporting, and modeling the highest levels of productivity and professionalism. Heather also provides coaching and mentorship to new recruits, and assists with various tasks related to the operations of The Schwartz Group. Heather holds a BA in English and a MA in Political Science from the University at Buffalo.
